Kristin K. Hosbein is an award-winning contemporary impressionist painter based in St. Joseph, Michigan, known for her expressive brushwork and luminous use of color. Working both en plein air and in the studio, she captures the essence of light, atmosphere, and memory through florals, water, and landscapes.
 

A member of the United States Coast Guard Artist Program, Kristin has traveled to Coast Guard stations across the country, with multiple works included in the national collection in Washington, D.C. She is also a member of the American Impressionist Society, Oil Painters of America, and Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine Arts. Her work has been featured in American Art Collector, PleinAir Magazine, and Traditional Home.

Her paintings are held in private and corporate collections, including large-scale installations at Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island. Kristin also works with designers and private collectors on commissioned pieces. Her work is available at Little Gallery on Mackinac Island, Art on Union, and her studio at Box Factory for the Arts.
